The Great Hall boasts high ceilings and ample natural light suitable for events from 150 people dinner style to 250 theatre style. Hire options can include: - An hour either side of your booking to set up and tidy - A member of staff at all times to help with any queries - A fully stocked cash/ card bar - Access to outside decking (weather dependant) - Use of our event furniture. Which include 15 6ft round tables, 4 rectangular tables, 150 chairs & a small stage. - Free car parking - Linen hire - On site catering company for your bespoke requirements and budget Venue hire is available from a minimum of 2 hours and for the duration you require must be in line with our premises license. To secure the venue hire, the deposit will be taken, this is not included in a hire price quoted. A month before the event 50% of the hire will be due, followed by the following 50% 2 weeks before the event. All payment must be completed by the day of the event. Can I bring my own food? Wasps FC have several catering partners who are experienced in everything from fine dining to BBQ to finger food buffets. Please get in touch (office@waspsfc.co.uk) for a list of suppliers. Using our team means that you don’t need to stress about the catering of the day, and they will provide everything you need, from table cloths to the napkins. They’ll work with you on budget and style of food. If you’d just like to bring some cold snacks with you for your event that’s no problem, but be warned there’s nowhere to heat anything onsite and using external caterers will add a £100 charge to your hire. Can I bring my own Alcohol? Unfortunately our license doesn't allow for any alcohol to be brought onto site. Our alcohol licence only allows for sale of alcohol until 11pm (10pm on Sundays), except where a TEN has been issued. Can I use outside space for my event as well? There is some outside space at Wasps FC, including a decking, these spaces aren’t reserved but you can utilise them if they are free. Should you wish to bring in a caterer to cook outside there must be no scorched turf and the location of the BBQ must be pre-arranged.
